A luxury family villa built in the local style having an external stairway connecting the 2 levels. Ideal for 2 family holidays as each floor is self contained having a kitchen/dining area and living room each.
5 bedrooms sleeping 10, 2 bathrooms with bath and walk in shower, 1 shower room plus a seperate toilet/washroom.
Spacious gardens with citrus trees and 16 palm trees, (hence the name Las Palmeras). some providing dappled shade around the swimming pool.
A lovely blue, mosaic tiled pool ( 9 x 4.5 metres approx).
Situated in a quiet cul de sac with views of the sea from the main balcony. The villa is 5 minutes drive west of Moraira in Baladrar, there are many restaurants, beaches and shops within easy reach.
A delightful area with something for everyone.
All linen and bathtowels supplied (not beach/pool towels)
Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and upper living room. Full central heating for the cooler winter weeks.
All rooms have been recently updated and totally refurbished. In addition, an additional 200m2 of terrace have been added to provide an outstanding area for relaxing, sunbathing and very large eating areas. Sun loungers and chairs are provided as well as outside dining facilites and stone built BBQ. |
