The Apartment In a quiet residential road in the heart of Benalmadena, this luxury two bedroom, two bathroom Penthouse Apartment is in a private complex and enjoys sea and mountain views from a superb terrace. All within 10 minutes walk of the cosmopolitan town are the facilities, including 10km of sandy beach, promenade side restaurants and Puerto Marina. A short walk in the other direction is the village of Arroyo de la Miel, with numerous shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The airport is only 15 minutes away by car. The accommodation offers:  Accommodation sleeping up to 6 people. 2 Bedrooms (1 double and 1 Twin).  Two Bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower).  Air-conditioning and heating throughout.  Luxury granite worktop kitchen with, washing machine, fridge-freezer, full oven and microwave.  A spacious lounge furnished to a high standard with sofa-bed, television, DVD player, Video, Midi-Hifi and Sky Tv. Discounts are available for bookings of one month or longer (not including Peak Season) and for special winter breaks About the Area Just outside Malaga, Benalmadena is one of the Costa del Sols most vibrant and attractive resorts. Lying in the foothills of Sierra de Mijas, Benalmadena enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year and constantly mild temperatures due to the influence of the Mediterranean Sea. Benalmadena Costa boasts a beautiful beach stretching for almost 10 kilometres and what is claimed to be one of the best Marinas in the world. Here, there are over 1000 berths and 200 shops, bars, restaurants, plus a new shopping centre. The architecture has Andalucian, Arabian and Indian influences. It is an attractive place to visit both during the day and at night. The playgrounds of the rich and famous, Marbella and Puerto Banus, are only twenty minutes away by road, and the Rock of Gibraltar can be reached in under an hour. There are dozens of excellent golf courses in the area, with the world famous Torrequebrada course only ten minutes away. Close to: Beach, Golf, Bars, Restaurants, Banks, Watersports, Fishing and Shops etc Check in/ Check Out Check in at 3pm and check out by 10.30am. However, maybe flexible on times if there is no back-to-back booking. If your flight arrives before 3pm, luggage maybe be left in apartment. Discount available for more than two weeks Late availability discounts, short breaks (not peak season) and long winter breaks available – please contact owners Booking conditions Singles, Families, Couples or Golfing Groups only please. All bookings are on a strictly first come, first served basis. IMPORTANT - Before you send any deposits please phone, email or fax us to establish availability & prices for the required dates. We will require a 25% deposit to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, which is payable 6 weeks before your departure. (Bookings made within six weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance). A small EURO charge is payable by each client/booking to the representative in order to collect and return keys on arrival/departure, and to secure the security deposit. All cheques should be made payable to M.Heritage Deposit, Security Deposit, Final Balance and full payment can be made in a number of ways; GBP Cheque GBP Transfer International Money Transfer (i.e. Western Union) Please contact us for further details on the above transfer methods. Your holiday contract: Please complete, sign and return the booking form to confirm your booking, and to declare that you have fully read and understood our terms and conditions as set out herein; No more than six persons may reside at the apartment during the rental period. If more than six persons are found to be resident at the property, the party will be asked to leave the apartment immediately and no refunds will be given. Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment. Name changes maybe made if agreed with the owner prior to arrival at the apartment. Under no circumstances will persons under the age of 21, be allowed to reside at the apartment without parental/adult supervision. The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay. A security deposit of £150 is required to be paid in the final balance, due 6 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, and return of the keys, being paid for. A cheque will be returned to the Lead Name on the Booking Form, within 10 days of departure from the apartment. Flights, Car Hire and Transfers can be arranged at additional cost Dont forget your Travel Insurance!
