Situated in Neuvo Torrequabrada between Benalmadena and Fuengerola, this brand new luxury apartment is an ideal base for exploring the Costa Del Sol and beyond.
Perfect access for Torrequabrada Golf Course.
There are beaches and restaurants at the bottom of the road (about 100 metres or 3 minutes walking).
Benalmadena centre, with a good sandy beach, lovely harbour and lots of bars and restaurants, is approx 8 minutes away by car, bus or taxi.
Also, with a long sandy beach and plenty of activities, Fuengerola is about 10 minutes in the other direction.
The apartment, completed late 2005, is spacious and situated on the first floor. It has a lift, as well as stairs, to the ground floor and to the private parking space in the basement.
There is a fully equipped kitchen.
In the lounge there is a three-seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa. In the dining area there is a table with 6 chairs. The lounge opens out onto the terrace which is equipped with table, chairs and sun-lounger.
There are two single beds to each room and plenty of cupboard space.
The complexs pool should be completed by summer 2006 |
