Cuidad Quesada is to be found in an area of renown cultural heritage and natural beauty. A plus feature of the villa are the excellent view overlooks the valey and swimming pool. The veranda gets a lot of sunlight during the day and is ideal for use as a separate living and dining area.. The area is so quiet and yet close to all the amenities. The villa contained everything we needed and the pool was great. The ground floor bedroom was great for grandma. Nearest only 800 meters away. The Golfing PGA Champioship 2008 is held at La Finca, 10 minutes from our house. Beaches here have consistently been awarded the European blue flag for safe, clean waters and excellent services. Guardamar is a 5/10-minute drive away with its 11km of golden unspoilt sands, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Also worth a visit are La Mata and La Marina only a short drive away. The lively cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is a 10/15-minute drive with miles of sand and rocky coves, marina, shops and numerous bars and restaurants with something to suit all ages. Choosing Quesada as your holiday destination is a great start,with its attractive well kept villas and bungalows.It boasts a mixture of Spanish traditions and you are never to far away from the famous Spanish Tapas.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board etc. Master bedroom: with en suite bath and shower: queen sized bed, fitted wardrobes, Air conditioning Double bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, door out to terrasse Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed Bathroom/shower room: Luxury corner bath with shower, wc and wash basin. Small flat: 36m2, two single beds, two stools, table fitted wardrobe and kitchenette and Shower room with wc and washbasin. Outside: Extensive garden and fully tiled patio and terrace with a large swimming pool with sun loungers, patio table & chairs, terrace table & chair. General: Full set of crockery for 8, mugs, pans, cutlery, whisk, storage containers etc. Bath towels and bed linen are available for rental. NO DOGS OR ANY OTHER PETS ALLOWED SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INDOORS Deposit of 20% required with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Refundable security deposit of €200 is required with every booking. Refundable deposit for cleaning the house €85, is required with every booking if not ordered at the booking. Final cleaning €85 Linen and 2 x towels for rent pr. person €11 Preferred change over day is Saturday. Check in time 4pm. Check out 10am.
