Casa Susana is a stunning townhouse with fabulous views across the Mediterranean. It is located in the prestigious Reserva del Higueron.

Reserva del Higueron is a new swish development of high quality homes Casa Susana is situated in Calle Dragonera which has its own off-road parking with security barrier. The gardens have been well stocked with beautiful plants such as Adelpha and these are automatically watered to keep them in top condition. There are three swimming pools all within walking distance, the nearest being at the end of Calle Dragonera; the other two being reached by steps across the paved area. All three pools have separate paddling pools for children.
The accommodation is on two levels with a stylish open-plan staircase. The house is fully air conditioned and also features a free standing log burner for winter warmth. The fully fitted kitchen features a dishwashr and there is a separate laundry area. The lounge is spacious and airy and has large patio doors leading on to the garden and sun bathing terrace which also has table, chairs and a barbecue.
We will contribute €25 per week toward any car hire (maximum 3 weeks)
Fuengirola and Benalmadena Pueblo are about 5 minutes drive, and Mijas about 15 minutes by car. There is a good bus service by the shopping centre. Transfer tie from Malaga airport is about 15 minutes.
Also there is a new shopping centre within easy walking distance and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, tapas bar/ café, dry cleaners, excellent Indian restaurant, internet café and new Spanish bar/ restaurant with comfort zone for children.
