APARTMENT: - Only 4 years old, with danish/swedish design with new furnitures from IKEA and electric radiators to heat the cold winternights. - Electric kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, small oven,coffeemashine,toaster, blender and all kitchen equipment that you need during your stay. - Both livingroom and dobbelbedroom have direct acces to the wonderful south-facing terrace (30 square meters) equiped with chairs, table and a sunbed where you can enjoy the lovely seaviews. - Modern livingroom with a new sleepingsofa, place for dining 5 persons, satellite TV, CD-player and a ventilator although its a nice and cool apartment because of being so close to the sea. - 2 bathrooms; one in-suite with bathtub and the other one with shower. Hair-dryer available. All towels are new. - 2 bedrooms; the first one with a big doblebed(160cm wide and 2m long) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (105 wide and 190cm long) and a 2.5 long wardrobe with iron and ironboard, extra linen(all new) and a lot of space for your holiday clothes. - Camping cot and children high chair available free of charge. COMMUNAL AREA: - Lovely tipical andalusian communal area with a lot of flowers and a big communal pool. - Private parking (outdoor) - Wonderful villaarea perfect for a good walk. TERESA, DANSK PIGE lejer ud: 15 km fra lufthavnen, midt på Benalmadenas kyst, mellem Malaga og Marbella, ligger dette fantastiske andalusiske paradis hvor du kan nyde de over 300 soldage om året med masservis af aktiviteter både for ældre og unge. LEJLIGHED: - Kun 4 år gammel, dansk/svensk design med nye lækre IKEA møbler og elektriske radiatorer til at opvarme de kolde vinternaetter. - Elektriskt køkken med køleskab, fryser, mikroovn, lille ovn, kaffemaskine, brødtoaster, blender og alt køkkengrej som du kan få brug for under dit ophold. - Både stue og det ene soveværelse har udgang til den vidunderlige terasse på 30 kvm med bord, stole og en solseng til at nyde den smukke havsudsigt. - Moderne stue med ny sovesofa, spiseplads til 5 personer, TV, CD-spiller og loftventilator selvom det er en dejlig frisk lejlighed da den ligger så tæt på havet. - To badeværelser; et med badekar og bide, og det andet med bruser. Alle håndklæder er nye. Desuden 4 strandhåndklæder til frit brug. - To soveværelser; det ene med en stor dobbeltseng (160cm bred, 2 m lang) og et indbygget skab og det andet værelse med 2 store enkelte senge (105cm brede, 190cm lange) og med et 2,5 m langt inbygget skab med bl a et strygejern og strygebræt, ekstre lagner (alle nye), tæppe til vinterbrug og masser af plads til ferietøjet. - Der er babyseng og babyspisestol til rådighed gratis. FÆLLESOMRÅDE - Smukt typiskt andalusiskt fællesområde med masser af blomster og en stor swimmingpool. - Privat udendørs parkeringsplads. - Vidunderlig villakvater idylisk for lange gåturer.

BENALMADENAS ACTIVITIES: The apartment has got the best situation: ONLY 200 M FROM A 2 KM LONG BEACH (beach arroyo de la miel) that has got all necessary for the tourist as renting of : waterbike, kayac, sunbeds and parasols. The beach ends in BENALMADENA PORT that is well known for its latin atmosphere with all its restaurants, bars, discos, shops and boattrips. An AMAZING GOLF COAST with the known TORREQUEBRADA GOLF COURSE only 2 km from the apartment and you have 6 other golf courses in a shorter distance than 10 km. CASINO only 1 km away. ALL KIND OF ENTERTAINMENT IN BENALMADENA: TIVOLI AMUSEMENT PARK open all year with concerts in summertime, SELWO DOLFIN- AND PENGUIN-PARK, the only CABLE CAR on the Costa del Sol that takes you up to the top of the mountain with incredible views all over the coast from malaga to Fuengirola. Here you can enjoy a horseshow, an aeagleshow, riding a donkey or if you prefer it, just enjoing the views with a cup of coffee. THE PALOMA PARK is a wonderful place where you can walk around the lake seing animals like swans, pelicans and ducks or you can have a walk escorted by the rabbits, chicken, gooses and peacocks as they live in freedom. Or you can go and speak to the goats, the ostriches or to the bambies. The park has got 2 children parks with swings and many other things. The Paloma Park is one of Benalmadenas proudness and the ENTRENCE IS FREE. In less than 5 km we have a CROCODILE PARK AND 2 WATER LANDS and 8 km away a FABULOUS ZOO. Only 500 meters from the DOCTOR HOUSE ( 24 hours) and 3 km from the international hospital. OMEGN - Den bedste beliggenhed; kun 200 meter fra en 2 km lang strand som har alle turistatraktioner til gænge som leje af vandcykel, kajak, liggestole og parasoler og som ender i Benalmadenas Havn som er kendt for sin latinske stemning med alle dens restauranter, barer, diskoteker, foretninger og bådturer. - Fantastiskt golfkyst med golfbaner kun 2 km fra lejligheden (Torrequebrada golfbane), og mere end 6 golfbaner inden for 10 km omkreds. - Casino kun 1 km afstand. - Alle mulige underholdningsaktiviteter i selve Benalmadena; Tivoli som er åbent hele året med koncerter om sommeren, Selwo delfin og pinguin Park, solkystens eneste Telekabine som fører dig op på den højeste top med den smukkeste udsikt over Malagas kyst og har desuden falke og heste forestillinger, ridning på æsler og et cafeteria for at nyde udsikten over en kop kaffe.
