Description of Villa: |
Our villa is in the town of Ciudad Quesada only 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airports.
The house itself is a new build modern 3 bedroom property.
In the basement there is a room with 1 sofa-bed, closet, table and chairs.
On the base floor there is a lounge/diner room with CD, radio, video/dvd and TV with satellite receiver offering a combination of Danish, English, German and Spanish stations. The dining table will seat 8 people. A door leads to a patio with chairs and table.
There is also a separate fully equipped Kitchen with Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer and washing machine.
On the basefloor you will also find 1 bedroom with a sofa-bed, and a toilet with washing machine.
On the first floor is the master bedroom, which leads onto the terrace equipped with umbrella, table and chairs. First floor also has 1 bedrooms with single beds. Fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.
On the top of the house you will find a large roof sun terrace with equipped with umbrella, table and chairs, grill and two sun loungers.
There is a communal pool with showers and toddler pool ideally suited for families of all ages.
Ciudad Quesada has many shops, a supermarket, banks and restaurants. For the active holiday maker there is a golf course (less than a km from the house) and a water park in Quesada itself. The Villa Marin golf complex is less than 10 kilometres away with its 3 international golf courses.
The breath taking Mediterranean coast – Costa Blanca - is only 5 kilometres away with its beautiful sandy beaches which stretch for 214 kilometres. Within easy reach are the picturesque seaside towns of Torrevieja and Guardamar, with many market towns waiting to be explored.
