Description of Apartment:
This apartment is situated in the popular Myramar Oasis complex.Which is quiet but very close to a lot of bars and restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk to the ever popular Bonanza Square, a 10 minute walk from the lovely town of Arroyo de la Miel. Where you will find lots of shops and more bars and restaurants,and the train station with trains to Malaga ( and the airport) and Fuengirola. The beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill, a bit longer on the way back! Nearby are the bus stops for busses to Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas and Torremolinos. The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular places for holidays. The weather is great, there are miles of beaches and lots of golf courses. For families there are theme parks, water parks, zoos, a safari park, crocodile park and many beautiful public parks and gardens. All this and more youll find in and around Benalmadena. Or how about day trips to Rhonda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Malaga or Nerja. Seville,Cordoba and Granada are only a few hours drive. Visit El Torcal the ancient stone formations near Antequera ot the lakes at El Chorro There is now a high speed train link from Malaga to Seville and Madrid. Benalmadena itself has a lot to offer with all the bars and restaurants, Tivoli Amusement park, the large Friday market ( held near Tivoli) and the cable cars to the top of our local mountain Monte Calamoro. A whole range of leaflets of all the local attractions will be in the apartment.

Facilities:
The apartment is in the 4th floor and south facing, which means the sun is low enough in the winter to warm the balcony and flat ; and high in the summer to keep it cool. There are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed with side tables and there is a large built-in wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it , a basin with a hot water safety tap,wc and bidet. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer,electric ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee-maker. It is an American kitchen - so it has a breakfast bar with 2 high stools. The main room has a dining area with a round table and 4 chairs, and a sitting area with a 2 and 3 seater settee, 2 coffee tables and a large wall unit with the tv,dvd player and video recorder.The tv stations are all English ( free-view)You can bring your own Sky-card and use that in our digibox. The balcony has a round table and 4 chairs. There are 2 folding sunchairs and a parasol which can be taken down to the garden. There are two communal gardens, both have a pool. One of the pools is open all year, the other from Easter till October. We provide bed linen, towels and tea towels, but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
